Draft for lawyer review.
These are placeholder terms for the public website and the waitlist. They are not a client services agreement, not an offer that forms a contract by themselves, and not legal advice. A lawyer needs to replace the sections marked for review before WODReel treats them as binding. Last edited 16 October 2026.
Terms
The rules for using this site. The rules for paying for the service come later, in writing.
The site
wodreel.com explains WODReel and publishes guides. You may read it, link to it, and share a guide with attribution. You may not copy the site into another product, scrape it in a way that degrades the service, or present the guides as your own paid product. [LAWYER REVIEW: licence grant, acceptable use, and governing law.]
The waitlist is not the service
The founding form asks for a spot. It does not start the subscription, charge a card, or promise a start date. We will email you from team@wodreel.com if we can take the gym. If we cannot, we will say so. Either way, submitting the form is not an agreement to pay.
Prices on this site
The prices shown are in Canadian dollars per month: Social $149, Social + Newsletter $279, Pro $449. Founding gyms are offered 30% off those monthly prices for the first three months ($104.30, $195.30, and $314.30), then the regular rate. Those numbers describe the intended offer. [LAWYER REVIEW: they should not be treated as a firm offer until the services agreement says so. Taxes, renewal, cancellation, and what happens if a gym pauses are not settled on this page.]
Guides
The guides are general education for gym owners. They are not coaching for a specific athlete, not medical advice, and not a promise that a post will grow a membership. You are responsible for what you publish about your own members, including photos and names.
Accounts, content, and client work
[LAWYER REVIEW: this is where the real agreement will live — who owns posted copy, who owns footage the gym sends, approval before posting, autopost authority, confidential programming, takedown, and what happens when a gym cancels. Do not treat this paragraph as that agreement.]
Working intention, so nobody is surprised later: programming, event details, and announcements you send stay yours. Public posts we write are for your gym to publish. You connect social accounts through each platform's own login, or you download media packs and post them yourself. We do not ask for passwords. You can switch between those two. Internal announcements are not posted to social media and are not sent to anyone without a membership at that gym. We don't claim your members' faces. Review, when accounts are connected, means we wait. Autopost means you have told us we may publish the public pieces on the schedule you set. Autopost does not cover an internal announcement. None of that is in force until you sign something that says it.
Liability
[LAWYER REVIEW: limitation of liability, warranties, and indemnity. Do not invent a cap here.] The site is provided as a marketing and education site. Guides can be wrong about a platform's current product, because platforms change. Check the app before you bet a week of memberships on a button that moved.
